We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your bookings. This Refund/Cancellation policy outlines the procedures and fees associated with cancellations, as well as any potential refunds or credits.
Cancellation Deadlines
Understanding the importance of timing, we’ve outlined specific deadlines for different types of bookings, from flights to hotel reservations and package tours. By knowing these deadlines, you can make informed decisions about cancellations to minimize any potential fees.
Types of Booking We Offer and Their Policies
Flight or Hotel Cancellations/Refunds
Refunds will be processed as per the airline/hotel fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to WeFlyStay receiving the same from the airlines. However, any convenience/booking/processing fee paid to WeFlyStay at the time of booking is a non-refundable.
All cancellations made directly with the airline needs to be informed to WeFlyStay, in order to process the refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc.
The refund shall be processed after deducting the WeFlyStay service fee which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above.
The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, WeFlyStay will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; like-wise if the User used a debit card, WeFlyStay will credit the money to the same debit card.
In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES BY THE AIRLINES
The booking sum paid by the user at WeFlyStay is just for travel back and forth to the destination. Any extra charges will be paid by the customer at the time of service availed during the travel, this may include food, airline services, airport transfer booked with the airline. These charges should be settled with the airline user is traveling with.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES BY THE HOTEL
The booking sum paid by the User at WeFlyStay is just for stay at the Hotel. A few appointments may incorporate breakfast and additionally dinners as affirmed at the hour of booking. Some other administrations used by the User at the Hotel, including clothing, room administration, web, phone, additional food, drinks, refreshments and so forth will be paid by the User legitimately to the hotel at the time of check out or check in. Every one of extra charges should be cleared straightforwardly at the Hotel. WeFlyStay will have no influence over these charges and services.
Package Tours Cancellations/Refunds
All packaged tours (Standard, Honeymoon, Luxury, and all Customized) can be cancelled according to the below policy, refunds and penalties are applied according to the third party services which are already paid in advance to hold a user’s booking:
• Management fees and cancellation fees, if applicable, apply regardless of the departure date once the trip has been confirmed by WeFlyStay.
• No penalty applies for cancellations made for justified and demonstrable unavoidable reasons(Only for services provided by WeFlyStay. For all other third party services User would be responsible).
• A cancellation fee of 50% applies to cancellations made 15 days before the travel date.
• A cancellation fee of 75% applies to cancellations made 7 days before the travel date.
• User is not eligible for any refund if the cancellation is less than 7 days before the travel date.
Airport Transfers
All airport transfers are refundable if cancelled 10 Days before the date of travel. No refunds if cancelled after these 10 days.
Car Rentals
All car rentals are refundable if cancelled 10 Days before the date of travel. No refunds if cancelled after these 10 days.
Activities/Other Services
Activities includes day tours & sightseeing, spa & wellness, adventure sports, cruise, theme/ amusement parks, buffets & dining or any other service/product booked on the WeFlyStay Website.
WeFlyStay acts as a procurement mediator between you and the activity provider and books these services on your behalf. Please ready our limited liabilities in these services :
WeFlyStay shall not provide pick up and drop facility for any Activity unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in the confirmation of the reservation.
WeFlyStay shall not be liable or responsible for:
• Any damage or loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, irregularity, delay/change in schedule, cancellation without cause, inaccurate information, deficiency of service/product, or cancellation due to conditions not under the control of Activity Provider;
• The health, safety and well-being of the User in the course of availing the Activity or thereafter;
• Any incidental or ancillary services which is directly purchased by the User from the Activity Provider; • Any incorrect information provided by the Activity Provider.
The maximum liability of WeFlyStay will be limited to refund of booking amount which was received by WeFlyStay for reservation of the Activity according to the activity provider policy acknowledged during the booking.
User can apply for a full refund for all Activities minimum 7 days before the travel date.
